Not saying it is easy. And your supposition is unfounded and wrong; I do have experience and appreciate the difficulty.
That said, these cops are professionals and they were in fairly close proximity. Even under the stress of the moment, it was possible.
IN this case, she shouldn’t have even attempted to shoot to wound.
I’m not sure why she shot at all.
If she had her gun drawn, she should have had her trigger finger extended down the side of the gun and not on the trigger, because I can’t see how he presented any danger to her life as he was.
Also, if you are familiar with firing a pistol, then let’s not make calls for shooting to wound, because that is just ridiculous. That’s what the taser is for.
Bullets are for killing.
