From what I know about the case, this is about the correct level of charge which should be applied.
Yep, all the evidence combined with the video added up to a bad shoot.
I feel bad for her....heat of the moment...
but cops can not just shoot to kill....
that being said.....I don't blame any cop from withdrawing from going into any black areas or going after black perps...
