Va will be determined by blue collar turn in western and central Va. It’s highly doubtful black turnout will be at 2008 & 2012 levels. NoVA Rat votes can be overcome by the western & central part of the state. They simply have to show up and vote.
We’ll see. My sense is that it’s pretty much a tie. Turnout will tell the tale.
I don’t know, the NoVa vote gets bigger every year. Millions of more bureaucrats and contractors and lobbyists and hangers-on. There’s a lot of migration to NoVa also, especially the exurbs, from both Central America and Asia. Asians are trending more Democrat than they used to.
