The race baitors and Rat politicians never say anything that is definitive. It’s always a few “Sound bites” that are picked up by their clueless followers.
The utterly meaningless phrase of “Hope and Change” comes to mind.
They don’t want to “define” the facts or any issue for that matter.
Doing so would not be in their best interest and they have found a sizable market of willingly ignorant people that feed this insanity.
