I came across the phrase “hot mess” awhile back, and had to look up its meaning. Ever since I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to use it. And Hillary in this video fits perfectly.
hot mess (noun, US, informal):
a person or thing that is spectacularly unsuccessful or disordered
There’s another part of it though. The subject is supposed to be attractive or desirable.
