No, Hillary knows from her own internal polling where she really stands. The NBC/WSJ poll is meant to influence the voters who are undecided and those who want to vote for a winner. It is also meant to discourage Trump voters from going to the polls since Hillary's victory is inevitable.

Yes and I think the worst party of this poll, which is mentioned in the article, is that they polled 47 Obama vs 33 Romney supporters, but Obama only beat Romney by 3.9% in 2012.
