To: Seattle Conservative

It’s fun to personalize things - I have knitted Christmas stockings for all of us as well. They’re huge! I knitted them a little too loosely, as they have so much “give” I can no longer afford to fill them lol.

My daughter and her hubby are now raising sheep on their farm. They have bags of their wool from having them sheared this year. There is no market for it, which is a shame. I am tempted to learn how to card and spin it - seems like quite the project, but it might be fun.

I find that interesting and surprising that there is no market for the wool. I would think that some of the yarn manufacturing companies at the very least would want it.

Might be fun to learn to spin. Guess you’d then need to dye the yarn if you were going to use it.
