I was trying to identify some of the locations. They claim to have looted NASCAR HOF but I doubt it. Getting into the towers would be hard. The garages were protected somewhat.
The city was overrun with outside groups and should have expected it.

Looked like Omni Hotel in with 100 cops blocking the entrance and when they go back to the scene, it appeared to be the mob was where the cops were....Not sure though.
Btw, the media there is pulling away when things get too ugly. They’ve done it over and over in this event.
