This plays to trumps strength , if he uses it. That will loose him some black votes, but may gain him others if he phrases this correctly. He needs to do more of appealing to those blacks who don’t want to live in this kind of environment, with all the thugs and law breakers. Hitlery will no doubt side with black lives matter. He needs to appear sympathetic , but at the same time unsympathetic to rioters and thugs.
