I live in IA and have not received any info in the mail regarding the request of a mail-in ballot. All this SOS report means to me is that the Dems have already sent out the ballot requests to registered Dems. Republicans in my county have not received any forms to request a mail-in ballot...yet.

Could this an indication that the Dems have a better ground game?

It’s always been like this. I remember the same thing happening in 2012. The dems are very organized in the eastern part of the state.
