BS. An executive’s job is to set the tone for the organization and establish expectations for his subordinates. If they don’t perform the executive should be held accountable.

Why even bother to have an executive in the first place if they’re not going to manage their subordinates?

Leaders don’t deflect responsibility, they accept it.

It the same excuse the CEO of Wells Fargo used in senate hearing yesterday. “It was the 1% of my employees that did this”
The guilty smucks that got let go with their golden parachutes.
Hiawatha was giving him the treatment yesterday.

But we’re supposed to feel sorry for Koskinen.....

Double standard much?
