The office of Connecticuts governor says Sikorsky Aircraft has committed to keeping its headquarters in the state and adding jobs in an agreement that involves $220 million in state incentives. [ ]
The deal calls for Sikorsky to build nearly 200 CH-53K King Stallion helicopters in Connecticut for the U.S. Navy until at least 2032. The incentives pledged by Malloys office include grants and tax exemptions.

I guess Trump calling Malloy “stupid” on national television (for losing GE to Massachusetts) had an effect after all.
Florida needs an Ivy League school.
You go there Conneticut ..... An All Blue State w Dem Gov, house and senate ..... Helping build weapons for a discount !
Very familiar with CT, living dead economy and one-party politics.
An indicator of how bad a state is, is when they desparately pay Hundreds of Millions in corporate tax incentives to keep hundreds of jobs in their state.
CT is dead.
I keep hearing all this noise from the alt-left about Trump’s getting tax breaks/incentives from New York and how it’s a BAD thing. This? Crickets...
Any tax breaks to the plethora of small-biz under the boot heel of oppressive taxation, unable to acquire a sweet-heart deal for NOT moving out of State?
Crony Capitalism at its finest.
Would probably be better off legalizing prostitution and starting a class cathouse .... at least attendees would be getting their money’s worth and not leaving brain damaged with a huge debt!
Yeah so the taxpayers will foot the bill for them to.stay
“As much as libs hate our military, though they love the military dollars, I’d pull every military base out of CT and establish them elsewhere.”
Every Military base? Connecticut is so small that we only have One. That is the Submarine Base at New London.
Though we do have a number of small Coast Guard Units as well.
Instead of paying a bribe to Sikorsky Aircraft to remain here temporarily, the Governor should have just cut taxes on the rest of us.
Now the taxpayers will be paying that 200 million dollar bribe out of our pockets.
I’d pull it out. The state doesn’t deserve it. Then watch the libs scramble and cry.
