“I saw this on the NBC news tonight. The officer was almost certainly lying about him “not showing his hands”.”
The guy walked back to his vehicle to the driver’s door. He dropped at least his right hand (nearest the camera) and probably also his left hand which would have been out of sight. I’m pretty sure the cops were telling him not to do that. This guy was either stoned or just plain stupid.
I do not understand why this guy kept walking back to his vehicle. Why not do exactly what the three men with weapons pointed at you are asking you to do?
