How much damn tolerance should you give someon who’s repeatedly trying to kill you? Governor your a weak excuse or a man who’s inviting even more terrorists to attack you. Let people carry after they establish proficiency with their weapon and some tactical training courses (so there is less colateral damage and they will will remove these problems. The belief that only police officers, SWAT teams, and tactical units can remove this scum from the face of the earth is completely false.
