I have a Samsung PC, about 6-7 years old. Bought the ASUS Chromebook for CC whose puter is 10-11 years old. Will spend sometime setting it up for her and then look for a inexpensive PC, the Lenovo has great ratings, is the certified refurbished usually dependable?
I would say "better than new." The mechanical parts are built like a tank.
