I agree I believe this was all a dry run too..just like Hamas does in Israel, they want to see how long it takes first responders to arrive..that to these Jihadists is key information, they want to know how long it takes them to show up, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, all precious time that they need to know for the next time they strike
