Bush was not the only perp in this. There are many churches that have sponsored these Somali families immigrations to the U.S. and there were a bunch of these do-gooders in MN that initially were involved. What a disaster.

Church groups are paid quite handsomely by the government to handle resettlement of the masses of refugees that are admitted to the USA.
The church groups are just middle-men.
