LOL! And they won't even have to arrange much depopulation because so many of them have already been exported.
Seriously, google "Zong He, Admiral" sometime. He was a close personal friend with the emperor of China early in the 15th century. They had extensive trade ties with Africa. They most probably would have discovered America later that century had the emperor not been replaced by a Mandarin bureaucracy who severely downsized the navy and turned inward.
