The press claim is that Trump is a loose cannon. He didn't know for a fact it was a bombing, but he called it a bombing. Never mind if he was briefed and told it was a bombing, he made the contention in public before the press did.

In contrast, Clinton was presidential and (unlike Trump) did not assert speculation as though it was a factual conclusion.

That's the press narrative. As noted, it is disconnected from reality.

There is something subtle here. When the press, the government both local, state and federal say it was not terrorism, it relieves them of action, responsibility and consequences.

Note how Trump says what it is. By saying what it is, there is implied accountability and action.................
