I have long wondered why not use the doctrine of vicarious liability as SPLC used it to sue white supremacist Tom Metzger.

The only response I got was that Soros has too much money to successfully sue him.

BTW IIRC SPLC won the civil suit even though the criminals were not members of Metzger's group but were influenced by the group.

Then charge him (them) with several counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
