True, smartphones weren't around more than 10 years ago, so that photo isn't that old. When's the last time Hillary wasn't wearing thick pantsuits and coat attire? Maybe Willie is looking at a picture he just took of Hillary from behind, and is exclaiming "Damn, that's a huge butt! Glad I'm not d**king that!".
