I’m hoping it is to remind everyone that Hillary started the entire birther conspiracy.
He should go to the mic and say “I want to apologize, I’ve made a mistake, America. I never should have followed the founder of the birther movement, Hillary Clinton!”

He didn't. The media, in a panic because Hillary is now in free fall, quickly rummaged up this story because they are desperate to find anything to get the news cycle off of Hillary's bad health.
Trump needs to turn this story back on Hillary by pointing out she is the one who first brought it up.
