Any Republican voting against Trump will have no place in the National GOP. Look what happened to Rockefeller, Geo Romney, Henry Cabot Lodge, etc. WHO? Bush and Ford helped Goldwater and were rewarded for it in later yrs. Trump is going to cleanup in Ohio—Kasich will look like the fool he is.
