The report, filed by the Education Department’s Office of Civil Rights, takes the district to task for its shoddy investigation of both cases:
“The district did not investigate or respond to most of the subsequent complaints made by the parents regarding their allegations of ongoing harassment and retaliation against (the 15-year-old girl),” states the federal report, filed last September.
“Moreover … within two weeks of the initial complaint of sexual harassment, a second incident involving the same alleged harasser was reported by another female student, but the district did not consider this information in determining whether or not a hostile environment existed in the school and did not take steps to investigate the incident.”
The then-15-year-old girl last month filed a federal lawsuit against the Forest Hills school district, Superintendent Daniel Behm, former Forest Hills Central Principal Terry Urquhart, who is now the superintendent at Lansing’s Waverly Community Schools, and Anne Edsenga, then the assistant superintendent and Title IX coordinator.

The premise is that slavery existed, most founders had slaves and it was legal all under the US flag at least starting in 1776. Most whites don't get it. If race and 'racism' is why the Confederate flag is a symbol of 'hate and evil' then so is our founding, our founders, our history and symbols. In fact it can be extrapolated that America is an evil oppressive nation until 1865 for sure and it is not stretch to push it until 1965(the so called Civil Rights act) and even until current day.
