It would be interesting to know if Hiilary or Bill is the greedier of the two. Perhaps Hillary is mostly responsible for the apparent pay to play activities of the Clinton Foundation.

Bill is basically retired now, IMHO. He's cruising along trawling for babes. I get the feeling Hillary's the one doing the heavy lifting in the family nowadays.

Bill has his own pay to play going on as an ex-President, but I suspect he'd only gum up the works at the State Department or the campaign, so he keeps his distance. Plus, they don't seem like the closest of couples. It's been separate lives for a while now.
