Would you expect that an applicant with the name of “J. Farnsworth Kensington, IV” might possibly have an expectation of “White Privilege”?

An engineering applicant with the name of “Festus Njoro Kigali” might be assumed to be an Africa who busted his tail to earn a degree, whose parents probably sacrificed greatly to pay the school fees necessary for his early education and one who has a profound sense of gratitude to them and to all who helped to get him this far. IOW, probably well worth a chance to prove his value to your company.
