I’d do the surgery for free!
Our army has gone waaaay downhill, when a traitor in prison can demand a foolish, expensive, elective surgery, and the powers-that-be buckle to the demands, when back in George Washington’s time, the same traitor would have been stood in front of a tree or wall and shot.
