Thanks for referencing that article unixfox.

Unfortunately, since this is an election year, I’m skeptical of everything that our RINO-controlled Congress does. It has to be question if this is another election year dog-and-pony show.

Note that the Founding States made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections !-3 of Article I, to clarify that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined federal agencies like the EPA, IRS, EEOC and FAA as examples.

So Congress has a constitutional “monopoly” on federal legislative powers whether it wants it or not.

The problem with front-ending itself with constitutionally undefined, non-elected regulators is that it defeats the purpose of Sections 1-3 mentioned above imo. This is because citizens are not able to exercise their voting power to fire people who exercise unpopular, unconstitutional use of legislative / regulatory powers, such powers often 10th Amendment-protected state powers which the corrupt feds have stolen from the states.

“to clarify that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected bureaucrats running constitutionally undefined federal agencies like the EPA, IRS, EEOC and FAA as examples.”

Well stated, Amendment10. Trump can cancel all regulations made up by unelected federal bureaucrats and join with the states in recognizing the states’ 10th amendment rights. Same with the black-robed fascists - they have no constitutional power to change or nullify laws.
