To: Trump_vs_Evil_Witch

There ought to be an amendment to the Constitution that no one over 65 can run for president. Yes, that unfortunately would apply to both current candidates, but when the Framers put in the rule that all candidates should be 35 or older, they meant to emphasize the prime of life mandated by the nature of this very demanding job. No one dreamed those over 65 would run, because the average life span at the time was 36 years.

Even the fittest begin declining as they approach 70, and many more health issues become evident. This ought to be added to the Constitutional requirements of the office of president. There are millions in the 45-65 age range who could serve.
