A Florida Democrat running for Congress was caught on tape saying that Hillary Clinton "is under no illusions that you want to have sex with her," according to the Miami Herald.

The comment from Joe Garcia, a former congressman attempting to regain his seat, came during an attempt to explain how Clinton reminds him of former President Lyndon Johnson.
