The Constitution does not allow for postponing an election. We have had elections during wars. A war is a little more serious than Hillary.

Actually you do not vote for a candidate. You vote for electors. Her electors would be free to vote for whomever they choose in the case of her death or incapacitation.

I wish Hillary good health, she is beatable. I think I see Joe Biden warming up stage right.

Right on. The only difference I have is that the electors are party-loyal, and will vote for whoever the party tells them to vote for.
