CNN is wondering out loud, "how do we know that Trump's tax returns are under audit?" The insinuation being that he's fabricated and is is lying about his reason for not disclosing them.

Giving the benefit of the doubt (which isn't deserved), I'd say "It is not only pneumonia." Ben Carson has articulated why he is suspicious that there is a neurological condition.
