The woman talking on the phone is carrying Hillary’s purse. The doctor is not carrying her medical bag in this picture so its likely being carried by the black guy just behind the doctor.
When you have a doctor from a group practice following you around, this is something far more serious.
I go to the same group. It has over 500 doctors.
This isn’t some private practice doctor. I’ve never heard of personalized service like this from them.

Looks like she has a portable defribillator in there. And that’s no purse the Dr. Is carrying. Way too big.
My guess is it’s a nurse’s medical bag in this case.
It appears to be stuffed to capacity yet not a single bottle of water in sight for someone who is diagnosed with something which causes dehydration..........
