I provide care to someone who is incontinent, and liquid intake versus time in public is a very real concern.

Drink one swallow too much, embarrassing situation to follow.

I agree, that is part of her problem. Her skin often shows signs of dehydration. She needs to figure something out that allows her to hydrate adequately for performance and appearance sake.

I've known many people with seizure disorders caused by a variety of ailments. Stress brings on seizures. Being dehydrated doesn't help.

I want her to make it to election day so that Trump can beat her.

Yep. She would have to stay near toilets because she couldn't trust her neurogenic bladder.
