It’s certainly true that Lyme Disease is prevalent in the Westchester NY/Fairfield County CT area. However, once treated it’s usually not debilitating (though it’s often de-energizing). If she has Lyme, it’s probably not disqualifying....

The caller said he was a physician and that Lyme Disease was prevalent in the Chappaqua area. Most physicians can't diagnose lyme disease when it is standing right in front of them.
