Depends what kind of pneumonia it is. Even the common viral and bacterial pneumonia can be fatal, especially for the very young or old, and she's what, late sixties now?

I don’t understand WTF is going around here but it stinks of wishful thinking to me. Hilary is fine. She sure the hell is not an will not drop out. Besides if she was truly sick she would get a decent sympathy bump in the polls. I recall there as some state where the Democrat was falling behind. He died and his wife ran in his place and won due to sympathy voters - no one ever said voting was rational.
