According to sources on Sunday, The Democratic Party is set to have an emergency meeting to consider replacing Hillary Clinton as the nominee.
Dailystar.co.uk reported: The Democratic Party is expected to call an emergency meeting to discuss replacing Mrs Clinton after she appeared to faint and had to be helped into her motorcade at the ceremony.
Doctors have said the 68-year-old is suffering from pnemonia – and “overheated”.
Health fears were already sparked when Clinton appeared to suffer a seizure on camera last month.
With just 57 days left until the vote, any move to remove her could hand the job of Commander-in-Chief to Donald Trump.

As far as I know, there is no established protocol for a last minute replacement.
Can they change the names on the ballots in 50 states at this point?
If Tim Kaine is the designated vice-president for the Dems, can they skip over him and choose someone else?

Thomas F. Eagleton being replaced in 1972 by the popular R. Sargent Shriver comes to mind. The DNC can change nominees.
Let Khizr Khan run in her place. He would be a more genuine Democrat candidate.
Kerry is the plan... Hillary was only there to collect enough establishment delegates so Bernie didnt win and thus forth sanders would have taken over the DNC and would have also been able to select the DNC chairperson. along with the fact a non-TPP non-establishment person would have been the candidate. Kerry and Obama are on the same page.
