I’m wondering what’s inside the van? I don’t ever recall a presidential candidate being carted around a prison van.

Van looks more like a hearse to me.

No doubt that this “van” is really a “light” ambulance - capable of basic medical support. Probably “seat” converts to hospital type bed, and would likely also have oxygen, IVs, meds and space enough for “handlers” to work on her.
