She was clearly wobbling as the van arrived.
Not in good shape. @johncardillo video has a better angle to see her head as she moves from the curb to the van. She was steady enough leaning or propped up against the bollard, but as soon as she left that, looked like "out like a light" to me. If nothing else, she can't handle much time on her feet. I think he heath is much wose than that.
She was seizing....the staff already knew the oncoming signs from what’s being stated thus far....but a look at her at the curb up closer...she’s seizing IMO.
