That's a fact. I can see this being used to her advantage - first as "nothing more than a styumble," then to discredit anybody who thinks it suggests any medical issue.

He can call for a full disclosure of her medical records based on a number of such falling incidents plus her persistent cough.

At this point the only way they might put the rumors to rest is if 2 truly independent and widely respected neurosurgeons can examine her, and determine that her overall cognitive abilities are unaffected by her observed physical problems. Obvious she could not walk of function under her own strength...trying to do so with help she still collapses...
