Thanks to Google, this stuff is apparently called Second Skin and is available since May of this year. It is breathable.

No telling how many devices, medications, pouches, tubes, and collection bags she is hiding under those tents.
That’s it Grampa but as the article reads, there CAN be repercussions from using it AND the reason I believe she is getting sicker all the time from it.
