I'm not sure if Sinclair ever wrote that book but he has alleged that Obama, as a junior senator brought him cocaine and then proceeded to floss his mouth with Sinclair's penile unit in a limo or so that's what Sinclair alleges. The only reason I haven't given it that much thought is because I think Sinclair would be dead if that were true given Obama's track record.

Well well yes he did write that book after all - "Cocaine, Sex, Lies and Murder" (2009)

There were rumors that he died in a traffic accident in Chattanooga, TN in. 2011 but that appears to be incorrect as he has an active website here and wrote another book within the last two years:
