OTOH, I also agree with PAR35: One option is to sit in the back, look like you’re taking notes, but have a hidden magazine or book inside the binder.

This was a workstation video that he was required to watch privately, on company time at his convenience. Still, he would have been required to affirm that he had watched it. That was the point of violating his conscience.

I understand, and you're right.

I'm just not sure what I would do. I would like to think I would stand up for principles, but at the same time, I would be worried about losing the income. I really don't know what I would do in such a case.

I know I could never commit murder or have an abortion, but this is more of a gray area, IMO.
