Think about how it would impact pharmaceuticals and electronics if our patents were ignored. Chinese factories already counterfeit thousands of high-end products - because they already have the dies and the supply-chain information.

This would do NO such Thing, If you have a Patent and Produce a Product then you must produce said Product here or you are SOL in OUR COURTS, Nothing would prevent the Government from BANNING IMPORTATION to protect that Patent, That is the FUNCTION OF GOVERNMENT in the First Place, You Just CAN NOT SUE HERE if you Don’t Make it Here..
