I make a variety of pies every week, June through September. My daughter and son-in-law have a little market stand at their farm, and I provide the pies. They sell organic produce, free-range eggs, pastured chickens, lamb, and soon, beef.
I do apple, cherry, pecan, pumpkin, rhubarb, lemon meringue, and peach.
sounds yummy - and very down to earth. A farm stand, how perfect! I live in a holler that ends in the Appalachians, so i’d get no through traffic ;(
