Watch the video around that time, step through it frame by frame.

I’ve watched the video with the sound off several times focusing on her left ear. At any point of interest I stepped frame by frame, for example at 3:30. I think it’s just skin shine.

I recommend everyone watch the video with the sound off. Clinton’s body language is very aggressive, at times she could barely contain her rage.
