JWICS for TS, SIPRnet for Secret, and NIPRnet for the rest (FOUO usually). So someone 1) copied emails from a classified system to media OR printed out a copy and removed it from a classified area (illegal) and 2) removed classified marking somehow (also illegal) and then 3) got them onto an unclassified and insecure server (yeah - illegal as well) either by copying from media or retyping.

Illegal actions constituting a felony. And yet, Matt Lauer and crew will push her over the finish line. ;-(
