As SOS, shouldn't she absolutely assume every email or communication she had would be classified?
Did she NEVER have correspondence with the POTUS?

See post 25. Not all emails are classified, but it would be a safe assumption as Sec of State that you would receive far more classified emails than the average government employee or even cabinet member.
Her actions also violated the Federal Record Keeping Act that MANDATES that government correspondence be retained as government records. Her idea that she would use a private server and this would not apply to her is absurd for anyone not named Clinton. Any communication in the employ of the government for official business is subject to the record keeping requirements. Comey completely ignored this. He also ignored the misdemeanor statute for violating it (a lesser charge) that ironically states that any person convicted of it may not hold another security clearance (i.e. - she would be ineligible to hold any office).
