He could say that serving in our military is an honor and privilege extended to citizens and those immigrants who are here legally. He could say that with the huge downsizing of the military forcing many experienced members out of the service, these positions represent jobs that should be filled by Americans and legal immigrants. We have 94 million of working age out of the workforce.
