Even in Oregon political affiliation is not a protected class.
Democrat most assuredly is a protected class.
Every identity group that IDs as a Democrat is protected. If you are homosexual, female, black, Jewish, et al and a Republican/Conservative you will NOT be protected if your rights are violated.
Identity politics only protects you if you serve The Party.
